Dilwalo ki Dilli is lot more than just a city. It is an experience of a lifetime. It has the hustle of a metropolitan, and yet the calm of a countryside. Delhi is home for people, from all over the country, trying to find their way through their lives. It is full of opportunities for a person to grow, not just academically and professionally, but also personally. The city is always teaching you something new, every second of every day.

Everyone dreams to live in this city of dreams, and everybody has their reasons! Irrespective of your “type”, likes and needs, the city has so much to offer. Here is a list of what you can find in Delhi according to your personality type!

1. History Buff

The capital city boasts of a great heritage and was the center of many major empires built in India. The glory of the Red Fort, the wonder of the Qutub Minar or the beauty of the Humayun’s Tomb, will never stop amazing the history buff in you. And not to forget the Taj Mahal in Agra, one of the ‘7 Wonders of World’, is Delhi’s next door neighbor. 

You can absorb the history aura with Heritage walks, and food walks that are organized frequently in the city. You can join them, and enjoy it with the likes of you!

2. Party Animal

If you are the party animal, then I am sure there is hardly a chance that you haven’t heard of the famous Hauz Khas village. It is basically a huge bag full of everything you want, from which you can choose what you like. The night is evergreen at Hauz Khas Village.

Apart from that, you’ll find a party place right around every corner, irrespective of where you put up in this great city that never sleeps!

Delhi also has a lot of pool parties to make sure your partying scenes are not hampered during the Summer and you get a chance to show off your latest swim wear.

3. Tech Geek

To make sure you don’t forget the love you have for tech, the city has seminars, tech fests, workshops by various colleges to satisfy your passion for technology. Tryst- IIT-D technical fest is the most coveted technical fest in Delhi. It’s heaven on Earth for all technology enthusiasts. Make sure you don’t miss it!

4. Sports Freak

ISL aka. the Indian Soccer League is held in Delhi every year, and not to forget all the IPL matches? And, if you are lucky, you might even get to watch a one-day cricket match, or some test series at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium in Delhi. So basically, if you love sports, there isn’t even a slight chance that you will not love Delhi!

No matter what stream or course you want to choose, Delhi has a place for you. As an added bonus, the cultural festivals of these colleges are not-to-be missed events!
