Day 1: 26th Oct / 23rd Nov / 25th Dec Bagdogra to Phuentsholing / Overnight at Phuentsholing (Distance:170 kms./Driving Time:5 hrs./Altitude of Phuentsholing: 293 mts.) Arrive at Bagdogra and drive to Phuentsholing. Reach Hotel and go through the day at recreation and take a rest.
Day 2: 27th Oct / 24th Nov / 26th Dec Phuentsholing to Thimphu / Overnight at Thimphu (Distance:176 kms./Driving Time:6 hrs./Altitude of Thimphu: 2350 mts.) The procedure of the immigration formalities, early morning breakfast, we will drive to continuing to Thimphu which is the capital of Bhutan The drive to Thimphu is grand, when we move up from the Indian plain to Bhutan lower regions through delightful woods, towns and roadside towns. After check-in hotel, we will go on a walk to nearby Local Market. Our drive will go through the main multicultural city in Bhutan. Overnight in Thimphu
Day 3:28th Oct / 25th Nov / 27th Dec Thimphu Sightseeing / Overnight at Thimphu Good Morning, Fresh N Up and have breakfast, we will process the Inner Line Permit and visit Memorial Chorten. Kuensel Phodrang where you can see the biggest Buddha statue in Bhutan which is around 169 feet tall. The view is particularly picturesque on clear, winter days with snowcapped mountains shaping a magnificent background to the peacefulness of the 108 chortens gracing the mountain go After coming to Punakha and eating we'll appreciate stunning perspective from Hanging Bridge and continue to investigate Punakha Dzong which is based on the intersection of Phochu (Male River) and Mochu (Female River) and considered as most lovely dzong of Bhutan.
