Yoga therapy shall be set with individualistic need assessment in a group setting with an intent to prepare one's body for higher consciousness, help to give contentment, understand negotiation around pain points and draw inspiration to work on their pain points creatively yet effectively.
Sessions shall carry fundamental understandings from different sheaths of the body through the lens of physiology, anatomy, philosophy based on yoga, embodiment, expression, body somatic practices & fascia release based on dance movement therapy.
Meditation, breathwork, yoga Nidra & alternative relaxation techniques are based on ancient tantric practices.
Injuries & ailments pertaining to knees, hips, shoulder, spine, sleep disorders & emotional trauma shall be covered over 18 hours program spanned over 6 weekends.
