Terms & Conditions
The Breezer Vivid Shuffle contest or series of contest under Breezer Vivid Shuffle collectively known as "Contest" is organized by OML Private Limited (the "Organizer") which is the exclusive licensor of Bacardi & Company Limited, who is the exclusive proprietor of the trademark 'Breezer'.

Contestant(s)” is a person who takes part in the Contest. Participation in the Contest is purely voluntarily. There is no participation fee. To be eligible for the Contest, Contestant must be an Indian resident who has completed the age of 18 years at the time of participation in the Contest, if less then he/she will stand disqualified.

The Contestant will assume and by entering the Contest (the entrants warrant) that the entrants have legal capacity to participate in this Contest (i.e. are of sufficient mental and physical capacity and are otherwise entitled to be legally bound in contract) during and prior to the Contest and accept all the terms and conditions of the Contest. Organizer shall not be held liable if any persons are subsequently excluded from the Contest because of any regulatory direction or applicable law. The competition Organizer(s) reserves the right to request the submittal of a physician’s written authorization for a Contestant to compete, who is deemed medically or emotionally at risk by the competition Organizer.

The Contest shall be open for a designated time “Offer Period” which is 00:00 hours Indian Standard Time on 12th June 2019 and close on 17th August 2019 at 23.59 hours India Standard Time. Registration for the Contest shall not be accepted after the closing of the Offer Period and the same will be invalid. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for delayed or inaccurate registrations. The Organizer has the sole and absolute right to close or extend the Contest by any time frame at its discretion.

The Contest shall be held at two levels, regional and final level. Every Contestant must go through a regional level and the one’s qualified in the same through the final level of the competition by which a winner shall be decided. The Contest shall take place across 6 cities that are Shillong: July 13, Delhi: July 20, Bengaluru: July 27, Kolkata: August 3, Bhopal: August 11 and Mumbai: August 18.

At the regional and national level, Contestant(s) are required to select their category to participate, where categories being:

A) 1 on 1 Battles Breaking (Individual)

B) 1 on 1 Battles Popping (Individual)

C) Crew showcase- All Styles (Team)

D) Street Dancer - Open category (Individual, duo, or team)

To enter the Contest, the Contestant must submit online registration individually as per category A and B and team as per category C and D except category D must register by submitting a video. Video must be of mp4 and uploaded on the Breezer Vivid Shuffle Registration page which resides at

After the registration, the Contestant must reach at the place of the audition on specified date and location with a valid proof of age, a government issued ID (a current driver’s license, birth certificate copy, and/or passport) indicating date of birth, if failure the person(s) shall stand disqualified. No travelling allowance shall be provided for the same.

Except the category C and D, all other categories shall be the battle based and category C and D shall be a performance based.

The judges panel will adjudicate all the 4 categories at both the levels. Scoring shall be done by the panel of judges which will be based on skill and performance of Contestant(s).

There shall be a winner and two runner ups in each of the categories. Collective prize money across each category is up to Rs. 1 million, along with opportunities to participate and perform at some international festivals. Team substitutions or suspension or additions once a competition event has begun are not permitted except for reasonable and justifiable cause as decided by Organizer. A substitution/addition of a member within the team may not be made without prior notice given and approval received by the Organizer.

All the ties at every round in both the levels inclusive of all the categories will be decided by a tie breaking round.

Dress code will be strictly enforced for all dance categories. For details please refer Annexure- 1.

Physical contact and inappropriate sexual gestures in amongst the Contestant(s)/teams will not be tolerated and may result in a disqualification or a score deduction.

All music at all the levels in all categories except category D will be selected by the competition DJ. The device CD or USB flash drive must be in good condition with the team’s name on it and their division with a backup ready at all the times. The competition music must not contain any inappropriate offensive language.

Prizes received under the Contest shall not be transferable. Prizes cannot be substituted for other articles or gifts.

Contest shall be subject to the laws of India, including tax laws, rules and regulations as may be applicable to the Winners. Winners shall be solely responsible for the payment of applicable taxes and insurance costs to the concerned authorities in respect of the prize as may be required by Law.

Any problem or discrepancy or dispute during a competition will be brought to the attention of the competition organizer who will address it and the respective decision(s) made will be final.

The use of the Contest website and any entrant's participation in the Contest is at the sole risk of such an entrant.

The Organizer shall solely and absolutely enjoy all rights (including intellectual property rights) over the information/ data sent by any entrant and received by the Organizer on account of participation in the Contest.

All decisions of the Organizer in relation to the Contest shall be final and binding upon the Contestant(s) and the Winners. No correspondence or objection shall be entertained in this regard.

Any disputes arising from or in relation to Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai, India alone.

Employees of Bacardi India Private Limited, OML Entertainment Private Limited and/ or their associate, subsidiary or joint venture companies and their respective immediate family members shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest.

Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest. Bacardi India Private Limited reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest, and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

All copyright and trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the Contest / Contest website and all material or content related to the Contest shall remain always owned by Bacardi India Private Limited.

Attire may include accessories such as hats, caps, gloves, scarves, jewellery, etc.

Removing pieces of clothing during the performance is permitted provided it is not offensive or out of character. Discarded clothing should be placed outside the competition area and never thrown off the stage into the audience.

Body oils or other substances applied to the body or clothing that may affect the clean dry surface of the stage and the safety of fellow competitors are prohibited.

All footwear must have clean, non-scuff soles. Tap shoes, jazz shoes, certain high-heeled shoes and bare feet are prohibited.

Props that are not considered an integral part of a Contestant(s) “attire” are prohibited (e.g. canes, chairs, lights, backpacks, musical instruments and others).

Other rules as described in auditions for regional and final rounds.

Note- If you’re an international participant, all the above rules apply in the same manner. We won’t be able to pay for any expenses during the regional rounds but we may cover a part of your expense (Travel, Boarding & Lodging) for the finale if you qualify for the same.
