PetraBotekova is an international leadership coach, founder, and speaker. Her background includes corporate & managerial experience in the talent mobility industry. She has coached over 1000 professionals and executives from fifty multinational companies and led a foreign subsidiary at the age 25, becoming the youngest managing director at the company she was then working for. Following her wish to redefine talent mobility, she co-founded ReloPilot, a relocation app that provides international talent with personalized mobility solutions.
Utilizing both her corporate and start-up experience, Petra leads Female Founders Lead F program, supporting female corporate leaders to succeed in the world of tomorrow, fostering their leadership skills & entrepreneurial mindset. Originally from Slovakia, she has been living and working in 5 different countries across the globe.
