Course Overview: The Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) Certification is the most well-established and respected cert in the Agile Community. It is often the starting point on a journey towards agility or a reflection point for experienced agilists. Grow-Lean®s CSM is delivered as a fun, interactive, hands-on, workshop.
You can take the certifying exam immediately after the class and you will be a Certified ScrumMaster® after passing the exam. More importantly, you will be better able to implement or grow agile in your organization and advance your career.
You will learn how the Scrum framework can dramatically improve time to market, quality, employee satisfaction, customer value, and company ROI. You will also learn that every organization, team, and individual needs to take a different path on the road to agility.
You will gain a practical understanding of the roles, artifacts, and ceremonies of Scrum, via hands-on exercises, discussion, fun games, and immersion.
