During this journey of life, many times we take our health for granted. And without a doubt, mental health is one of the most neglected aspects of our health. To keep us sane it is required to detox and distress. Art is a good way to relax & rejuvenate. It also helps to avoid & control the triggers which activate the genetically induced health issue.

On the occasion of "World Suicide Prevention Day 2019", we want to make an effort to spread happiness by conducting a painting competition. This competition is open for all those who are above 12 years and want to help spread happiness and colors by their art.

Art is something that gives happiness to the artist as well as the viewer. Hence, this competition will bring happiness to the participants, audience and even the organizers. All the 20 paintings will be donated to a mental health foundation to spread joy and smiles amongst the inmates.

On a first come first serve basis, the initial 20 registrations will be accepted for the competition. On the day of the event, the Judge will select the winner. The winner would be gifted 3000/- in cash.

As part of the selection process, Judge can ask anyone to explain their painting. The decision of the judge would be final.
