Warrior Women of Improv (6 hours) Sat, 23rd Nov, 10 am to 5 pm
Through focusing on Body Mind Mastery we explore improvisation in a space devoted to us-the badass women that we are. A hollistical and playful approach to improvisation, we will play with mentality, emotionality and physicality. Based on her popular US workshop Shr*ll, Andel has created a workshop geared towards raising our voices, upping our level of play and challenging ourselves as we lift each other up. Part experiential and part personal feedback this workshop will be active. Bring water and dress to move.

About the Bengaluru Improv Festival
The Bengaluru Improv Festival is Indias FIRST and the ONLY Improv festival. Our first edition in November 2018, marked India's entry on the global Improv map with much vigor. India has a thriving Improv potential. After our first successful edition, we aim to keep bringing BIF back with the intention to get all those who practice the art of Improv under one roof. The festival will see international Improv artists, who will collaborate with us to perform and teach their experienced knowledge about art.
