This workshop combines the trajectories of the basics of improv and Managerial Psychology in order to understand leadership styles and to come up with innovative problem-solving skills. In a way, it is the wonderfulness of both worlds.

Rashmi is keen on engaging with the interdisciplinary crux of psychology, training, and performance. She has been trained in both Proscenium and Playback theatre. She is also trained in Bharatanatyam classical dance. She works in the field of theatre in education and corporate training, where she brings in her skills of improvisation, artistic direction, and research articulation to facilitate and develop curriculum for theatre-based training.
She is currently pursuing her Master's in Behavioural Sciences which helps her delve deeper into the functioning of an Organizational psyche.
