The basic idea of the workshop is to train your mind to wake up early in order to achieve your major goals in your life.
The workshop content:
Activities: 1. Asana, Pranayama, and meditation for better sleep. 2. Creating a definite execution plan for early morning wake up and habits for the necessary skills to achieve your goal. 3. Making your own tiny vision board of your goals and dreams. 4. Surgical operation of your current routine and planning your routine for your dreams and goals.
Discussions on: 1. Why are we failing to wake up scientifically? 2. How we can build a strong habit of waking up early without exhausting our willpower or motivation. 3. Tips on productivity. 4. Morning and evening rituals to make you stronger, positive, and productive- during the morning and at night to move towards your goal strongly. 5. Tips on handling mobile phone addiction (one of the major contributors to irregular sleep patterns and low sleep hygiene).
