Self-love is your birthright. But it seems so overrated and under practiced, isn't it? All of us know that practicing self-love is not Vanity. It is Sanity! But how many of us practice it or have learned to practice it? In fact, 99% have absolutely no idea what self-love is all about. A few might even find the topic amusing. But I assure you this is no laughing matter. One cannot love oneself until one learns to love and nurture oneself. And it is something that has to be practiced constantly.
