What is Mudra Yoga?
Mudra is formed by two Sanskrit words, mud-which means joy and Ra produce/make. Thus mudra means forming any hand gesture to create joy in our mind and body. Basically, Mudra is a gesture made by joining two fingers. It has a very deep impact on our physical and mental health. A combination of mudra with pranayama and dhyana (meditation) forms mudra yoga.
