Biryani is the ideal complete food that is enjoyed by most people. A hot dish of aromatic biryani for Sunday lunch, with a cool bowl of raita, and salad.

If biryanis were to be graded, I'd give it an A+. They're full of crunchy veggies, tantalizing spices, flavours, and wholesome. And the fun part is that you can make many kinds of biryanis once you learn the basics of the art. The same goes for veg pulao that are available in an incredible range of vegetables and flavours.

In my 1-day 4-hour workshop of veg biryanis and pulao, you'll learn the tricks of dishing out perfect pulao o biryani made with minimum oil:

  • Cheesy Gobi Capsicum Pulao
