climbs. The beaches are pristine and hidden behind a frame of well-placed hillocks that trek enthusiasts are keen on trekking to hit the beaches. It is one of the hotspots for travelers, backpackers, beach bums and includes mesmerizing coastal stretches that one would not find on any other stretchy beaches. The town is also, popular among Hindu pilgrims as Gokarna has one of the few Shiva's holy temples with what is claimed to be original image of the god. It will be injustice not to say it is a combination of serenity, calmness and peace. So, what are you waiting for? Day 0: Start of Safarnama Trip! Get picked up on Friday night from different spots at different time and begin your overnight journey to Gokarna. o 07:15 PM: Baroda Bank, Koramangala or o 08:00 PM: New Shanti Nagar hotel o 08:30 PM: (Hard rock café) MG road at 8:30 PM
Day 1: Beach Hop-hop-Hopping! Around 08:30 AM on Saturday, the day of trekking, you will reach the campsite, freshen-up and have breakfast. After breakfast we hike to paradise beach starting from Belekan Beach, spend some time and move to half-moon beach. After half-moon beach we hike to OM beach, have self-sponsored lunch and enjoy the serene beauty of OM beach. Water adventure sports are also available on the OM beach. Later hike towards Kudle Beach and celebrate the sunset at Sunset Point. Return to the campsite at Gokarna beach. Freshen up. Enjoy the veg and non-veg dinner and enjoy the bonfire and special musical event. Retire for the day.
Day 2: Sightseeing: Shiva Temple, Yana Caves and Vibhuti Falls Wake up early, get ready for new day and new adventure. Start your day with breakfast at campsite, move by 8:30 from campsite. Mark your attendance to Lord Shiva and then proceed further to explore the wonderful Yana caves Post lunch move to Vibhuti falls. Enjoy your evening in/near Vibhuti falls. Back to our campsite. Freshen up. Enjoy bonfire and enjoy beach side ambience by your own. Retire for the day in your camps.
Day 3: Its time to box your memories and leave for Bangalore Wake up call, to freshen up and have breakfast After some time commence your return journey to Bangalore. Have a self-sponsored lunch route. Wind up the tour after you get dropped back.
Points to Note: Protective ankle-length footwear and long trousers are a must on the trek The amenities along this route are basic. The trekker is advised to carry adequate water and beverages The route passes through a wildlife reserve. The trekker is advised to avoid littering the route and to keep noise levels to the minimum.
