Yoga For Kids(Age - 7-13 years)

Kids will learn simple asanas designed to boost their energy levels and improve health and immunity, which in turn will allow them to blossom to their full potential.

1. Brings a sense of stability to body, mind, emotion, and energy
2. Brings balance to thoughts
3. Remedies of attention disorder
4. Better functioning of organs and hormones secreted by them
5. Decreases stiffness in the joints of upper limbs and improves flexibility
6. Increases the core strength of the lower limb significantly
7. Increases overall stability and gait

Regular practice can help improve attention and memory which can lead to enhanced effectiveness in whatever they do.
