She is been practicing yoga for the past 6 years and also a certified Yoga Alliance instructor in RYS 200 & Yin. She is expertise in Vinyasa, Hatha, pranayama and Yin yoga. Some of the venues where she conducts yoga sessions are `Ayana Yoga`(cult mind fit group), Decathlon, etc.. Her session promises to be both energizing and relaxing.
