Organic Soap Making Workshop by Hobby in a Box

The beauty of making your own SOAP is that you can make it with the ingredients that you like, be it the fragrances, herbs, colors, essential oils. Learn how to use organic items such as coffee ground, dried shrubs, lemon zest to make soaps more effective.

In this workshop, participants will learn:

Yesterday I participated in a soap making workshop conducted by Hobby in a Box. I was a bit apprehensive as I am not very crafty type of person. But Hema the trainer was great with beginners like me. I had a lot of doubts and she cleared every one of them with a cute smile. she explained the theory in a lot of detail. She broke down the whole process into small easy steps for beginners like us and gave excellent tips and tricks. I absolutely adored it and I am happy that I learned something new and unique. Soaping is going to be my new hobby.Also there was another girl who clicked pics and constantly motivated us, gave ideas and shared stories. The trainer needs to be more pro-active. For example when she has kept wax for melting, instead of waiting (keeping quiet), she could have given some insights or hints about other types of candle. Or some tricks/ hints for taking this hobby to next level.
