We live in a world of information overload & sensory fatigue. Our senses are constantly extroverted and drawn to stimuli. Controlling the senses is one of the first steps toward calming the mind.
Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses) is a forgotten step on the yogic path and prepares us for higher states of meditation. Join this workshop as we move from the gross outer world to our subtle inner dimensions. We will explore Pratyahara & Dharana through practices of Yoga Nidra, Ajapa Japa & Antar Mouna.
