The program is intended for men above 25 to learn right techniques and improve skills under a licensed and experienced coach.
The program also includes fitness and strength training through fun and games.
The program comes with an option to signup for our men's football club, corporate team or local clubs.
Description: Each session will include warm-up exercises, some of which will be fun games based. Followed by dynamic stretching and drills for fitness and strengthening. Introduction of basic football skill drills and techniques. Followed by football match or fun games. Sessions end with stretching and cool down.
