Out of our minds, into our bodies (6 hours) Sun, 24th Nov, 10 am to 5 pm
This workshop focuses on how we can learn to listen to the cues from the body instead of only the mind. We will explore impulses from the body, as well as different states of awareness and tension as a basis for character work. By being instead of thinking, doing instead of acting, we then dive into scenes, body first. Level: Beginner and up

About the Bengaluru Improv Festival
The Bengaluru Improv Festival is Indias FIRST and the ONLY Improv festival. Our first edition in November 2018, marked India's entry on the global Improv map with much vigor. India has a thriving Improv potential. After our first successful edition, we aim to keep bringing BIF back with the intention to get all those who practice the art of Improv under one roof. The festival will see international Improv artists, who will collaborate with us to perform and teach their experienced knowledge about art.
