Sakleshpur or Sakleshpura is a hill station town in the Hassan District of the South Indian state of Karnataka. It is a beautiful town located in the Western Ghats on Bangalore-Mangalore Highway. Sakleshpur is located on the border of Malnad and Bayaluseemae in Hassan district. It receives heavy rainfall from the southwest monsoon and because of the temperate climate; this place is blessed with a huge amount of coffee, tea, cardamom, and pepper plantations. In fact, Sakleshpur Taluk reports for around one-third of cardamom production in India.
It is located at an average elevation of 949 meters (3,113 feet). Since it has a temperate climate on the Western Ghats, it is suited for growing Cash crops. Coffee growers from the neighboring villages throng to sell coffee at Sakleshpur.
Sakleshpur is located in the Western Ghats, a mountain range that stretches from Kerala to Gujarat. The southern range, which includes Bisle reserve forest and the region around Sakleshpur is listed as one of the 18 most diverse spots in the world in terms of flora and fauna.
Get picked up on Friday night from different spots at a different time and start your overnight journey till the campsite/homestay.

Around 06:00 AM on Saturday, the day of adventure, you will reach the homestays/campsite, freshen up and have light breakfast start your journey for the trek Hosahalli Gudda peak.
Reach forest department and start trekking to the Peak
Once you reach the top, enjoy the panoramic view.
Trek down to arrive at the base and reach the campsite. Enjoy your buffet breakfast and get ready to get dirty again in the mud volleyball.
Freshen up and post your lunch and get ready for the Kayaking session and swimming in the stream with life jackets. Enjoy the zip lining activity post the Kayaking.
Its time to Dance. Around 5 PM post your snacks and tea, gather and dance to the Bollywood music in the rain dance activity. You can also enjoy the other outdoor/indoor activities available at the campsite.
Freshen up, gather with the team for your buffet dinner and retire for the day post Bonfire.
Pack your bags, fill your empty stomachs and check-out from the campsite around 09:00 AM.
